USO DE LA BIBLIOTECA Y SU RELACIÓN CON EL DESEMPEÑO ACADÉMICO DE ESTUDIANTES DE LA CARRERA DE EDUCACIÓN ARTÍSTICA EN UNA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA SUPERIOR DE AYACUCHO, 2025

El objetivo general de la investigación fue determinar la relación del uso de la biblioteca de la escuela con el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de los semestres III y V de la Carrera de Educación Artística (CEA) de la Escuela Superior de Formación Artística Pública “Condorcunca” de Ayacucho, 2025; para lo cual se planteó el método hipotético-deductivo de diseño no experimental transversal de nivel descriptivo correlacional; el instrumento fue el cuestionario y la técnica la encuesta para el acopio de información de los estudiantes. En relación a la confiabilidad del instrumento se midió con Alfa de Cronbach para la variable uso de la biblioteca que fue de 0,729. Para el análisis de Los resultados se presentó mediante tablas y gráficos y para la contrastación de la hipótesis se empleó el estadístico Rho de Spearman; llegando a la conclusión que el 38% de los estudiantes manifestaron asistir a la biblioteca institucional una o dos veces al mes y aquellos que nunca asistieron a la biblioteca fueron el 21%. En relación a la hipótesis general se determinó que el uso de la biblioteca de la institución no se relaciona con el desempeño académico de los estudiantes (Rho=0,143, p- valor=0,338).

RESUMEN EN INGLÉS

The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship of the use of the school library with the academic performance of the students of the semester III and V CEA of the Higher School of Public Artistic Education "Condorcunca" Ayacucho, 2025; for which the hypothetical-deductive method of cross-sectional non-experimental design of descriptive correlational level was proposed; the instrument was the questionnaire and the technique the survey for the collection of information from the students. In relation to the reliability of the instrument, it was measured with Cronbach's Alpha for the variable use of the library, which was 0.729. For the analysis of the results, it was presented using tables and graphs and for the contrasting of the hypothesis, the Spearman's Rho statistic was used; concluding that 38% of the students stated that they attended the school library once or twice a month and those who never attended the library were 21%. In relation to the general hypothesis, it was determined that the use of the School library is not related to the academic performance of the students (Rho=0.143, p-value=0.338).
