a investigación denominada Transcripción y análisis musical de la música Chipticha para su promoción como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial del distrito de Chilcas, La Mar, 2026 tuvo como finalidad caracterizar y examinar las particularidades musicales, métricas y simbólicas del chipticha de Chilcas, con el propósito de aportar a su reconocimiento y valorización como patrimonio inmaterial. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cualitativo de nivel descriptivo, apoyado en un diseño documental y en la observación indirecta a través del análisis sistemático y reiterado de registros audiovisuales de interpretaciones musicales. El proceso de transcripción permitió reconocer los elementos esenciales del lenguaje musical del chipticha, evidenciando una organización formal sustentada en un único tema estructurado en dos periodos: estrofas y fuga. Del mismo modo, se identificó la presencia de patrones melódicos de carácter modal, predominio del ritmo ternario y una métrica textual flexible, rasgos propios de la tradición oral andina. En este marco, la obra se configura como un testimonio sonoro de la memoria colectiva de la provincia de La Mar. Se concluye que la transcripción y el análisis musical constituyen recursos clave para la preservación del patrimonio musical tradicional, especialmente frente a las transformaciones en los procesos de transmisión cultural. La investigación ofrece fundamentos para la incorporación del huayno en contextos educativos, fortaleciendo la identidad cultural y la formación artística.

he research titled “Transcription and Musical Analysis of Chipticha Music for Its Promotion as Intangible Cultural Heritage of the District of Chilcas, La Mar, 2026” aimed to characterize and examine the musical, metric, and symbolic particularities of the chipticha of Chilcas, with the purpose of contributing to its recognition and appreciation as intangible heritage. The study was conducted under a qualitative, descriptive approach, supported by a documentary design and indirect observation through the systematic and repeated analysis of audiovisual recordings of musical performances. The transcription process made it possible to identify the essential elements of the musical language of chipticha, revealing a formal organization based on a single theme structured in two periods: verses and fuga. Likewise, the presence of modal melodic patterns, the predominance of ternary rhythm, and a flexible textual metric were identified—features characteristic of the Andean oral tradition. Within this framework, the work is configured as a sonic testimony of the collective memory of the province of La Mar. It is concluded that transcription and musical analysis constitute key resources for the preservation of traditional musical heritage, especially in the face of transformations in cultural transmission processes. The research provides foundations for the incorporation of huayno into educational contexts, strengthening cultural identity and artistic education.
