LA BAJADA DE REYES DE CANGALLO COMO RECURSO PEDAGÓGICO PARA LA ENSEÑANZA DE LA CULTURA LOCAL EN LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS DE AYACUCHO, 2025

La Bajada de Reyes de Cangallo es una festividad cultural que posee un notable valor educativo para la enseñanza de la cultura local en instituciones de Educativas de Ayacucho (Perú). Su fusión de elementos católicos y andinos permite abordar el sincretismo cultural y la historia colonial mediante un aprendizaje activo y contextualizado. Este estudio propone su integración como recurso pedagógico en el currículo escolar 2025, incorporando componentes como música, danza, vestimenta, organización comunal y su reconocimiento como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación. Se sugieren estrategias didácticas como la investigación etnográfica, dramatizaciones, talleres artísticos, uso de TIC y debates reflexivos, con el fin de promover la participación estudiantil, el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas y la afirmación de la identidad cultural. La inclusión de esta festividad contribuye a la preservación de tradiciones, al fortalecimiento del sentido de pertenencia y a la formación de ciudadanos conscientes y comprometidos con su patrimonio cultural.

The Bajada de Reyes of Cangallo is a cultural festivity that holds significant educational value for the teaching of local culture in Basic Education institutions in Ayacucho (Peru). Its blend of Catholic and Andean elements enables an exploration of cultural syncretism and colonial history through active and contextualized learning. This study proposes the integration of the*Bajada de Reyes as a pedagogical resource in the 2025 school curriculum, incorporating key cultural components such as music, dance, clothing, community organization, and national heritage recognition. Suggested teaching strategies include ethnographic research, dramatizations, art workshops, ICT use, and reflective debates. These approaches aim to foster student participation, investigative skills, and cultural identity. The inclusion of this celebration promotes tradition preservation, community engagement, and the formation of culturally aware and socially responsible citizens.
