El presente trabajo titulado Estrategias y Repertorio intercultural para la enseñanza del trombón de vara en el programa de Formación Temprana en la Escuela Superior de Formación Artística Pública “Condorcunca” de Ayacucho, con el propósito de optar al título de Licenciado en Educación Artística especialidad Musica, plantea el problema la necesidad de adaptar la enseñanza del trombón de vara a las particularidades culturales y musicales de Ayacucho, una región con una rica diversidad cultural. Se busca identificar y desarrollar estrategias pedagógicas que no solo sean efectivas en términos de aprendizaje musical, sino que también promuevan la inclusión, el respeto por la diversidad cultural y la valoración de las tradiciones musicales locales. Al abordar el problema, se pretende contribuir al fortalecimiento del programa de Formación Temprana en la Escuela Superior de Formación Artística Pública "Condorcunca", proporcionando a los docentes herramientas y enfoques pedagógicos que les permitan ofrecer una educación musical de calidad y relevante para los estudiantes, al mismo tiempo que se fomenta el desarrollo de una identidad cultural sólida. Los Objetivos planteados fueron Diseñar estrategias pedagógicas interculturales a utilizar por el docente en la enseñanza del trombón de vara en el Programa de Formación Temprana. Proponer un repertorio intercultural para el Programa de Formación Temprana, Transcribir el repertorio intercultural seleccionado para el Programa de Formación Temprana y Adecuar las estrategias interculturales diseñadas al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje del trombón de vara en el Programa de Formación Temprana. El trabajo se desarrolló desde un enfoque cualitativo o con un nivel exploratorio descriptivo. Los Resultados se ofrecen a lo largo del capítulo IV, donde se proporciona estrategias específicas para enseñar un repertorio intercultural a estudiantes del Programa de Formación Temprana en la Escuela Superior de Formación Artística Pública Condorcunca de Ayacucho

The present work, titled "Intercultural Strategies and Repertoire for Teaching Trombone in the Early Training Program at the Public Higher School of Artistic Formation 'Condorcunca' in Ayacucho" aims to obtain the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Education, with a specialization in Music. It addresses the challenge of adapting trombone instruction to the unique cultural and musical characteristics of Ayacucho, a region known for its rich cultural diversity. The study seeks to identify and develop pedagogical strategies that are not only effective for musical learning but also promote inclusion, respect for cultural diversity, and appreciation of local musical traditions. In addressing this challenge, the project aims to contribute to the enhancement of the Early Training Program at the Public Higher School of Artistic Formation "Condorcunca" by equipping teachers with tools and approaches that enable them to provide quality, culturally relevant music education. At the same time, it fosters the development of a strong cultural identity among students. The specific objectives include designing intercultural pedagogical strategies for teaching trombone, proposing an intercultural repertoire for the program, transcribing selected repertoire, and adapting the strategies to the trombone teaching-learning process within the Early Training Program. This research follows a qualitative approach, focused on cultural studies, with an exploratory-descriptive scope. Chapter V presents the findings, providing specific strategies for teaching an intercultural repertoire to students in the Early Training Program at the Public Higher School of Artistic Formation "Condorcunca" in Ayacucho.
